weight loss tips

Hey Everyone!!
I worked out three hours a day seven days a week the whole time I was out in LA for the show. I did one hour in the morning of training and then in the afternoon and one hour of cardio at nite. A resist a ball is a great source of a work out great for abs and other body parts. I also did yoga and pilates and cardi kickboxing. My trainer had me do workouts outside of the gym such as hiking and walking. I ran up three flights of stairs numerous time for the burn. There are lot of ways you can work out of your home or outside without even going to a gym!!! I will write back soon LOVE all of You Tina

Hey there. A girlfriend of mine was talking about trying to lose weight the other day. Problem is, she’s gone too overboard with it in the past and has jeopardized her health while in the process. I’m hopinng some of these tips plus what I found by doing several online searches for her today will help her. Great job, keep it up.
