It was held at the beautilful Sanibel Harbor Resort & Spa in Sanibel, FL. We mixed and mingled, met tons of great people, raised lots of money, and of course had great fun. On Nov 28, 2009 my husband and I attended a charity event for Animal Refuge Center of Fort Myers, FL called “Gone with the Wiskas”. It was also held at the same location above. This organization is near and dear to our hearts because of our huge love for animals. ARC saves animals plain and simple. They do it not because they have to but because they want to. All the money they operate with is from donations. There are hundreds of animals as I write this who have been saved and are being saved at this moment. And every single one needs a home to call theirs. As for the event, it raised over $200,000!!!!! We had lots of fun as always and we are continuing to work with them in the future. It was awsome. On 21st of Feb My husband and I got invited to a celebrity Golf tournament in FL. We had som much fun!! Matt got to golf with the Twins while I mixed and mingled with guests and we had a wonderful later in the evening! Lots of mony was raised, It was a benifet for Lee Memorial Health Systems. If you would like to donate plesae contact me! Also on 22nd of Feb I was on Fox news for an upcomming appearance at Contour Body Works in Fort Myers beach on the 23rd. Feb 18, 2008 - my husband Matthew and attended a party on Sanibel Island in Southern FL. The house was relly cool, met some great people, signed a bunch of autographs, awesome food (my husband’s favorite), mixed and mingle and overall had a great tme.

Feb 21, 2008 - my husband and I were the celebrity guests at the Minnesota Twins charity golf tournament in Fort Myers, FL. During the morning and afternoon I mingled with the guests while Matthew golfed (not a pleasant sight!). Following the tournament, we had a DELICIOUS dinner in the ballroom. The money raised for the charity was beyond wonderdul, here are many giving people still in this world. If you would like to donate to Lee Cancer Care in Florida please contact me via email. Thanks!

Jan 16th 2008 I attended the kick of to the March for Babies for March of Dimes in southern Florida. It was great I met some wonderful people and its a great cause. If anyone would like to donate to this charity please email me and I will give you the conatcts!!!

On Feb 2nd 2008 I was signing autographs at the Cape Coral Farmers Market. I met some cool people and got lots of veggies!!!

I worked out three hours a day seven days a week the whole time I was out in LA for the show. I did one hour in the morning of training and then in the afternoon and one hour of cardio at nite. A resist a ball is a great source of a work out great for abs and other body parts. I also did yoga and pilates and cardi kickboxing. My trainer had me do workouts outside of the gym such as hiking and walking. I ran up three flights of stairs numerous time for the burn. There are lot of ways you can work out of your home or outside without even going to a gym!!! I will write back soon LOVE all of You Tina

Matt and I are currently at a campground for the summer and we just don’t have the internet hooked up in the RV… I have to go to the library or over to a friend’s house to be able to post anything here, so things are just going to be a little slow is all. Please don’t give up, and do keep coming back!

I’m told that there’s a way you can subscribe to the site with RSS feeds. If you look on the sidebar, there’s a pink icon under “Subscribe” that holds the feed URL. (Here it is as well: http://www.tinadame.com/feed/)

If you need help understanding what RSS feeds are (like I did), click that link! (by Back In Skinny Jeans)

That way you can subscribe to all your favorite sites that offer feeds (most do these days) and you can stay in touch with what’s going on here at my site.

But I’m hoping to publish weekly tips and tricks (like how to get a gym-like workout at home and how to eat like you’re being fed by a nutritionist) once I get to the point where I have some time to spend online. Stay tuned okay?
